Could not get the storage format of the medium .iso (VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED).

This is a typical problem in VBox when you try to load a corrupted iso file.

Check if your iso has the same original iso hash with the following commad:

md5sum file.iso

In my case, I could check the hash in gparted download section, and effectively was different.
